Group Events

Group Events are established when someone organizes a group of at least twelve players and submits a Court Usage Event Request Form to the Group Events Manager for court scheduling assistance.

The times listed may be subject to change. Please check the Daily Court Schedule for the times of these groups. 

If you want to request scheduling assistance, download this application form and submit it to the Group Events Manager (listed in Contacts). 

Once your Group Event request has been approved, Admin will reserve the group’s courts on Hold My Court (HMC). It is the responsibility of the group’s organizer to email Admin at lhhmc2021@gmail.com to release unused courts. As soon as the group’s organizer is aware that any or all the reserved courts will not be needed, they are to send an email to Admin advising them which courts are to be released. The email should be sent to Admin at least three days prior to the event so others are able to reserve those unused courts.
