Group Events

Group Events are established when someone organizes a group of at least eight players and submits a Court Usage Event Request Form to the Schedule Coordinator for court scheduling assistance.

If you would like to request scheduling assistance, download this application form and submit it to the Group Events Manager (listed in Contacts). 

Once your group event has been scheduled and courts assigned in HoldMyCourt (HMC) site, email HMC admins at lhhmc2021@gmail.com for schedule and court changes.  Note, please email change request(s) at least three (3) days in advance of play date for timely completion.
