Multi-Court Drop-in (Courts 14 - 15)
There is a whiteboard attached to the fence of Court 14 with multiple boxes.
Court 14
On the top of the whiteboard there is an area where group leaders can indicate the status of courts that are not available for drop-in. At the beginning of group play, the group leader should update this area to block off the courts reserved for their group. At the end of group play and the group leader should update this area to release the courts back to drop-in.
The courts that are not blocked off are then available for drop-in as follows (Daily Court Schedules can be found here)
1. Signing Up:
One player from a group that wants to play together should write the time and the names of all members of their group in the next available box on the sign-up board.
2. Court Assignment:The group should consist of one of the following:
- Four names for doubles play
- Two names with the word ‘singles’ added afterwards
- Two or more players with the word ‘drills’ afterwards
- One or more names with the word ‘Basketball’ afterwards (The Basketball Court can be reserved in advance HERE)
- When a court becomes available, the group listed in the next box will take that court.
- Write the assigned court number in the upper right corner of the box and cross out the box to indicate it's in play. For Basketball, write in the time that the group took the court.
